Key West Personal Chef provides full service catering, complete bar service, catering liquor licensing, catering license and insurance.
We are also thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in many other Cuisines.
Such as Island BBQ using local woods, homemade rubs and Sauces, Classic French as one of our favorites, Japanese and Thai cuisine, Seafood Specialties and Steak House Favorites.

Key West Personal Chef offers an “Old Key West” venue for your special events: Weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, company retreats, holiday parties, baby showers, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, anniversary parties, or any other event you may have.
Located at The Lost Kitchen Supper Club in Safe Harbour Marina, in down town Stock Island. Our venue is decorated with antique chandeliers, maritime decor, hard woods and one of a kind local art. The “Old Key West” eclectic elegant environment In a shrimper kind of way. Lol?
We can seat up to 49 people indoors and additional seating on our waterfront dock and our Gallery Seating up stairs.
Our venue is equipped with a full service bar, Bose stereo system to play your own playlist or ours and or space for live music or a DJ.
We also have a full sized pool table that doubles as a table for 14 in our gallery seating, and also a black jack table for your events entertainment.

Chef Martin Liz is classically French trained, but focuses on Key West’s Native and Natural Luxuries, Seafood Specialties and Cuban Cuisine.
Chef Liz takes us back to our culinary roots with Ocean-to-table style, with fresh local ingredients and traditional preparation methods passed down for generations in his native home Key West, Fl.
We provide the highest level of service, freshly made cuisine, and delicious cakes and deserts. You tell us what you want and we’ll make it happen for you and your guests.
